Business expansion from Europe to APAC Market
IFS Malino team with over 20+ years of experience in the fashion and luxury industry based in Milan, Italy, have built strong expertise, extensive connections, and strategic partnerships with leading luxury brands and distributors. The team was poised to expand our business operations from Europe into the APAC region.
2023 / Q4
Established the Business units and and team in Hong Kong and Sydney
We launched our first APAC office in Hong Kong, establishing the business unit Elegant Culture Limited. This was followed by the opening of our Sydney office and the creation of Lynna Business Solutions PTY LTD, further strengthening our presence and operations across the APAC region.

Secured Italian major brands exclusive deals
Through our well connected networks and partnerships within the fashion and luxury industry, we secured exclusive distribution deals with Italian major brands for APAC region.

Opened Showroom & warehouse, expanded operations to Shen Zhen China
We opened a showroom and warehouse in Hong Kong to support our wholesale and distribution operations. Additionally, we expanded into China with the launch of our Shenzhen office and established Milan Linked Trading Company Limited, further enhancing our presence and capabilities in mainland China.

Developed our self-owned online stores with direct system integration with multi major suppliers in Europe.

Partnering with APAC Marketplaces with exclusive deals
Secured major exclusive partnership agreements with Lazada, Brand Gateways, and one of Europe’s leading outlet operators, with plans to launch the largest multi-brand online store on the Lazada platform.
